-To make a Smoothie Bowl thick:
Use just enough liquid to keep things moving in your blender when using frozen fruit. Blend slowly. Add a scoop of oats or chia seeds to thicken your smoothie. Frozen banana or half an avocado makes a smoothie bowl thick and creamy when pureed rather than icy -Frozen fruit
Make the base thick and cool. Peel bananas and put them in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer the night before. Frozen bananas add a creamy texture to smoothie bowls. -Chill your bowl before you start

410g can peach halves 100g frozen raspberry, plus a few for garnish 100ml orange juice 150ml fresh custard method
Drain and rinse peaches and place in a place in a blender with raspberries. Add orange juice and fresh custard and whizz together.
2 apples, cored 150g frozen raspberries 150ml natural yoghurt 2 tbsp porridge oats 100ml milk
Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.
200ml cranberry juice 175g frozen raspberries, defrosted 100ml milk 200ml natural yoghurt 1 tbsp caster sugar method
Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses.
